Next Level’s leadership program is designed for CEOs, upper management, directors, managers and key personnel in all categories. The program extends over 8-12 months including ten individual meetings between the leadership developer and the client. Each meeting takes place at the client’s work place, which allows the client to complete the program without any travel or absence from his or her work.
You will learn new information that will enable you to define specific goals to be achieved through active and effective leadership development throughout the program.
The Next Level’s program is structured around four primary components:
1. A personal leadership developer. You will meet your leadership developer on a regular basis over a period of 8-12 months. In addition to the scheduled meetings, you may contact your consultant with any questions or to discuss your development.
2. Personalized leadership materials for use in analyzing your leadership style.
3. Highly focused practice sessions between consultant meetings.
4. Clear and well defined plans of actions with feedback and monitoring to help provide constructive benchmarking where applicable.
