The Next Level program extends over a period of 8-12 months including 10 individual meetings between the leadership developer and the client. Each meeting takes place at the client’s work place, which allows the client to complete the program without any travel or absence from his or her work.

Evaluated together with leading universities such as the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. The program is divided into 10 modules including essential topics such as Organization, Definition of Goals, Time Management, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Balance in Life, Analysis and Decision Making. The program focuses on immediate outcome based on the client’s individual desires, interests, needs and goals, which are analyzed and evaluated in depth together with the leadership developer. By recognizing the client’s specific goals and desires, the leadership developer can direct the client in implementing necessary measures and changes. This approach is proven to produce fast and effective growth and lasting positive change.
