Program Modules/Curriculum

The program is divided into 10 modules including essential topics such as Organization, Definition of Goals, Time Management, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Balance in Life, Analysis and Decision Making.  The program focuses on immediate outcome based on the client’s individual desires and goals, which are analyzed and evaluated in depth by the leadership developer.  By recognizing the client’s specific goals and desires, the leadership developer can direct the client in implementing necessary measures and changes.  This approach is proven to produce fast growth and lasting change.

FUNCTIONS OF THE READINGS AND ACTION PLANS:

To give you knowledge. The program is designed specifically to help you understand your potential and how to use it effectively.

To apply knowledge that you already possess.  Place your current knowledge within a management system so that you can apply it where and when appropriate.  You will experience improvement when your current knowledge is linked to a process and you understand how to work it efficiently.

To create a clear inner picture of yourself. In order to take a look at yourself, you need a “mirror.”  The program’s exercises act as an external mirror providing you with a clear picture of your inner self, who you are and how you function.  You will see where change may be applicable.

To assist you in reflecting.  Each lesson includes questions that have no right or wrong answers. Those questions are tools for reflection and they are discussed with your leadership developer as you progress through the program.

To provide you with tools. Together, you and your leadership developer will identify your strengths and any adjustments that are desired.  Your plan of action emerges from your stated goals.

To create positive habits.  The program’s exercises are designed to help you develop habits and routines that allow you to achieve your objectives in a natural way.

PROGRAM MODULES

  • Since change is inevitable – change for the better.
All change requires a change in attitude and mind set.  To achieve your goals, it is crucial to acquire the habits and routines necessary to achieve those goals.  You will not achieve your goals without proper implementation.
  • Expanding and getting rid of limitations.
You have started your wish list and assessed the situation within a few relevant areas. These indicate your desires, what you are satisfied with and what you want to change. Your previous successes are no guarantee for future triumphs.  Similarly, your previous failures are not indicators as to how things will turn out for you in the future. Someone once said that the journey makes the goal worthwhile. Do you have the right equipment for the journey?
  • Taking charge of your time.
Decide whether to regard time as a commodity in short supply or an abundant resource. When life is focused on the acute, your control and the prospect of achieving quality results diminish. Prioritizing and planning your time for various tasks is just as important as planning time for rest and recreation.  A secret to gaining powerful experience and making efficient investments in time is presence, both physically and mentally.
  • The Foundations of Motivation.
You spend 24 hours a day satisfying needs. It is important for you to understand your needs and how they affect your behavior and habits.  Motivation is about needs, desires and values. This chapter helps you find your source of self-motivation, teaching you to draw from that source while increasing your understanding of what might motivate others.
  • The Ingredients of Motivation
Motivation not only gives energy but also increases our learning and concentration. Motivation multiplies our chances of succeeding. Change may at times be necessary in an organization, but it should not be the norm. Activities that have shifting goals produce bad results. What are successful people doing who are achieving the kind of results you are seeking to achieve? To repeat a successful result routines are required. Reaching the goals you have set calls for clear rules that stimulate activity.
  • Going from barely passing to A+
First you fashion a goal, but then the goal fashions you. During the program, you have set up goals and achieved some of them.  More will be required for you to progress from “pass” to “excellent.”  You need to develop on several levels.  A value is something that should characterize your everyday life, permeating everything you do. When a new habit is to be established, it is important for it to be rooted in your values. Only when you can proudly say, “I am good at this,” will you be able to refine your abilities.
  • How to lead yourself and succeed.
Your most important resource is your personal potential. You have a tremendous capacity just waiting to be put to more vigorous use. Whatever the level of your aspirations, you have to start where you are now and progress step by step. The majority of one’s goals are never reached – not because the goals are unrealistic or impossible, but because people are unable to acquire the habits necessary and give up prematurely.
  • Taking your Leadership to the Next Level.
No matter how high you climb on the leadership ladder, you can neither skip a step nor regard a step as being behind you. Your personal leadership is where you need to succeed first; otherwise you will not climb any higher. The most important time is invested in relationships. Although you may be highly competent, you will not succeed if nobody wants to work with you.  You influence your closest co-workers by strengthening their characters, so that whatever they do is permeated by your values. You multiply yourself.
  • Breaking loose of your past and embracing your future.
Every day you have enough insights to change your entire life. Most people do nothing about any of these insights but continue as usual. What have you done? Where are you at today? Which steps do you want to take? An abundance of opportunities lie before you.
