Next Level and The Kushner Companies today announced a new partnership to serve the specific needs of leaders and executives of associations, foundations and NGOs across the U.S.

“We are very pleased to welcome David Kushner and his highly experienced team of leadership developers to head Next Level’s nonprofit and NGO practice, where there is a growing demand for effective leadership development—both in terms of retaining good leaders as well as developing the next generation,” remarked Gunilla Girardo, President of Next Level.

David Kushner, CMP, CAE, founder and President of The Kushner Companies, LLC has a career that spans more than 30 years as a CEO, leading national and international trade, professional and hospital and medical associations. His experience in organizational assessments, restructurings, advocacy, board governance, education, and strategic planning will be of value to Next Level clients.

“Next Level is an excellent program for leaders from all aspects of the not for profit spectrum including: associations, philanthropic groups, healthcare providers and all levels of government. Our team of senior Leadership Developers brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the benefit of our clients across the country. They have all worked in the not for profit sector and understand the intricacies of serving as a leader, both staff and volunteer, of these essential organizations. We are all excited to be a part of the launch of Net Level-USA.“

Next Level is a completely new approach to leadership development for the private sector, government agencies, non-profit organizations, NGOs, and academia. Its one-on-one highly personalized program is designed to build and develop leaders to their fullest potential—professionally and personally.
